Was passiert, wenn man nach gut zehn Monaten Bier aus peruanischen Rumfässern abfüllt? Es entsteht das außergewöhnliche Rum Barrel Aged Oil Warz. Geschmacklich dominieren Schokolade und Kakao, die sich mit einer feinen Rumnote verbinden. Auch die Holznoten der Fässer, in denen das Oil Warz gereift ist, sind deutlich wahrnehmbar. Das dunkle Bier im Stil eines Imperial Stout wird durch die zehnmonatige Reifung zu einem etwas sanfteren Bier und ist dadurch trotz seines hohen Alkoholgehalts überraschend süffig.
