The stars of the show are Slovenian hop varieties such as Aurora, Celeia, Bobek, Styrian Wolf and many others. Locally grown hops are at the heart of our brewery, so you can taste them in every beer you choose.

Green gold has been the common thread of Green Gold Brewing from the very beginning. Our brewery is located in Spodnje Grušovlje, in the heart of Slovenia's Lower Savinja Valley.
LUKA PUSHES THE BOUNDARIES OF BREWING
Years ago, brewer Luka began gaining knowledge and experience in the world of craft brewing in America. Whenever he returned home, he was increasingly asked when he would start his own craft brewery. In 2016, he decided to bring his ideas to life, combining them with exceptional flavour, aroma and visual appeal.
Like every good story, ours began behind closed doors – in the garage of what is now our brewery. From the very beginning, Luka Rojnik, co-owner of the brewery, believed that beer should be more than just a drink to quench your thirst – it should be something exceptional. Our beers bring together Slovenian tradition and years of brewing experience that Luka has gained through training and education around the world.
